Virginia Waller represents a wide variety of clients with real estate transactions across multiple asset classes and industries, assisting with all aspects of corporate real estate leasing, acquisition, development, construction and financing. With over 20 years’ experience, she assists clients in fulfilling their real estate goals related to office buildings and office spaces, hotels and conference centers, restaurant and retail stores, theaters and museums, technology and medical research facilities, warehouses, master-planned communities and shopping centers, parking lots and raw land investments. Her clients include private and public entities ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, individuals, professional firms, real estate developers, family trusts, unions, governmental entities and non-profits. Virginia brings practical expertise and experience from her previous service as deputy general counsel for a leading real estate development company and as an attorney in practicing in top law firms.
She is admitted to practice law in Washington, California and the District of Columbia (inactive in DC). She attended Harvard Law School, UC Berkeley and UCLA.
