Michael Kass
Mike represents real estate developers and other project sponsors in a wide range of real estate development and capital markets transactions with a particular focus on affordable housing and community development projects.
In addition to serving as a Mediator for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Mike was formerly a litigation partner with Pillsbury Winthrop and continues to advise clients on complex litigation matters and pre-litigation strategy and dispute resolution options.
He received his J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, with High Honors.
