Craig Wood
Mr. Wood represents sponsors and investors in the acquisition, disposition (including sale-leaseback transactions), tax-deferred exchange, commercial financing (including permanent and interim financing, construction loans and mezzanine loans, with a special emphasis on loans with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and CMBS lenders), commercial leasing, real estate fund formation and related transactions involving office, retail, industrial, mixed-use (residential/office and retail), multi-family and student housing projects. Additionally, Mr. Wood has represented investors in the formation of limited liability companies and joint ventures.
Mr. Wood’s practice has included the general representation of a solar financing company, and, specifically, the negotiation and drafting of member interest purchase agreements, asset purchase and sale agreements, power purchase agreements, solar lease and roof agreements with host customers, master turnkey solar installation agreements with third-party solar contractors, and non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
He graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Northwestern University and the University of California at Berkeley.
