David Franklin
Mr. Franklin represents clients in legal aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiating and preparing purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements with both private and public entities, easement agreements, and shopping center governance documents; conducting due diligence; obtaining land use entitlements, including compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act; and addressing construction, operational and property management issues. One focus of his practice is big-box retail, primarily in California and Hawaii, the states in which he is admitted to practice.
He graduated from Duke University School of Law and Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University.
