Ms. Imperatore represents clients in commercial real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, project development and project structuring, with an emphasis on development and construction. She guides owner/developers, contractors and design professionals through all phases of development and construction of commercial properties in the market rate and affordable sectors, including preparation, review and negotiation of development, design, construction, design-build, and related agreements. She has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of contract administration and close-out and has represented clients in construction disputes in jury and bench trials before state and federal courts, mediations, arbitrations and dispute review boards.
Ms. Imperatore is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law and the University of Virginia, with High Distinction.
