Mr. Giorgianni represents a variety of clients in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisition, disposition, leasing, project development and project structuring. He has extensive experience advising major real estate developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial and residential transactions.
In 2013 through 2017, Mr. Giorgianni was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer “Rising Star” by Law & Politics in the Real Estate edition.
He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
