John Frankenhoff

Mr. Frankenhoff represents investors and developers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings, particularly with respect to affordable housing. He is experienced in complex portfolio and operating company acquisitions and dispositions. He previously worked in finance and law for a Fortune 500 corporation. He graduated Order of the Coif from the William & Mary Law School and first in his class from William & Mary’s business school. His undergraduate studies were at Yale College, and his first graduate work was at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
