Ashley Breakfield

Ms. Breakfield represents developers, investors, owners, and private companies in sophisticated real estate transactional and land use matters.  Her experience includes counseling clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, joint ventures, and land use matters across office, industrial, retail, multifamily residential, mixed use, and affordable projects.

In addition, Ashley has a background in counseling clients on regulatory and compliance matters involving state and federal environmental, land use, and natural resources laws and statutes.

Ashley graduated cum laude from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings) and with highest honors from University of California, Santa Cruz.
